About Us

I have been recently been nominated and awarded a prize by Job Centre Plus' "Making a Difference Awards" for my recruitment methods and my flexibility with my staff, as I believe if your staff are happy they will work harder for you and be more reliable for you.

With regard to new staff etc, I insist on training them myself to my own high standards. I always get my staff to ask if the customer is satisfied and if there is anything further that can be done before leaving or moving to the next client.

I also invite constructive criticism from clients as inevitably things may be missed and if we are not told we cannot rectify any problems that may arise. This method ensures customer satisfaction and a healthy relationship with my staff and clients.
